Turbine
Water from the port is spun axially by stator blades and received by the rotor, which rotates in proportion with
the flow (axial flow turbine). Rotor rotation is detected by the magnetic sensor, converted to a voltage signal
by the F/V converter, and output as an analog signal.
Karman’s Vortex
Eliminate problems.
The Karman’s vortex method has no moving parts, unlike an impeller, so problems caused by dirt and rust
in piping are eliminated. This sensor can be used worry free with poor-quality water such as industrial water.
